Muscle
fatigue occurs when the muscles in our body can not exert a force normal to
perform a specific function. In this state, the body must be set within the
prolongation or more effort than normal to achieve the desired level of force.
This type of fatigue is also a weakness, a symptom that is known for many other
serious physical illnesses. The lack of muscle power is the fundamental symptom
of a variety of skeletal muscle diseases such as muscular dystrophy and
inflammatory myopathies. Often it may be in the joints and fatigue, resulting
in harsh conditions, to remain for life. There are many reasons or causes of
this type of disturbance, including most of the neurons, meaning ruled by motor
nerve-based commands. The nervous control rejects the output power, which leads
to a decrease in muscle strength and leads to fatigue and weakness. This
reduces disk of neurons is also useful at times when the body is exercised and
the brain wants you to stop, more than its capacity. In the following sections,
we are different levels, causes and symptoms to discuss, then read on.
The
severity of fatigue can vary in several ways. It can not be serious and
difficult conditions of fatigue, depending on how your muscles are stressed. If
there is a slight feeling of fatigue and nothing more than the effort, it can
be solved by rest and relax your muscles. This is the normal state of fatigue,
which is based only temporary and agency needs. But if there is pain in Sever
the muscles of the body one or more body parts, it is the most severe form of
fatigue that takes more than physical rest. This is also known as extreme
tiredness, when you have multiple spasms in the body and movement is limited
because of muscle weakness.
Chronic
Fatigue
There
is another state, or a syndrome known as chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) and
fibromyalgia. This condition will be observed mainly with women, but not
limited to age, sex or race. This is not a temporary condition, but more for at
least six months or more and has harmful effects on the body. These are very
serious issues of fatigue and weakness, which for nearly 24 hours and more
extensive. There are other symptoms which are also available, as the body's
inability to show the disease. The most important symptom that appears on this
anomaly is due to reduced immunity to infections such as colds, and the daily
increase in body temperature.
What
causes fatigue?
There
are several reasons that cause muscle pain, some of which are caused by other
diseases in the body.
Calcium:
The main causes are due to the absence or reduction of calcium in the body.
Calcium is one of the most important factors in building and strengthening of
core muscles is necessary, must be present in the quantities required. Since
the whole human body is supported by these muscles, it is an important
requirement of this connection, and if that is not enough, it causes fatigue
and weakness. Calcium is the connection that the contraction of actin and
myosin, which stimulates both reasons for the efficient movement of these
muscles. And when they refuse to contract the muscles can not function
adequately to perform a desired action.
Other:
Other causes may be caused by physical or nervous, because they stimulate the
stress of these muscle fibers. As already mentioned, if an additional effort of
muscle fibers due to physical activity, muscle control neurons to reduce their
activities. So the body begins to show signs of fatigue and weakness. If the
muscles are already tired and used to comply with increasingly powerful, it can
cause serious problems, in which the immune system and gives the body do not
react to certain diseases. This finally puts the entire metabolism in the
queue, and requires a complete state of rest the muscles.
Symptoms
experienced during fatigue can be as follows:
• An
effort that interferes with daily activities, is not relieved by rest, and
continues for six months or more.
• Over
24 hours of weakness and fatigue after moderate exercise (sometimes this
fatigue can occur a day or two later).
• The
pain spread to the joints, but does not cause redness or swelling.
•
low-grade fever (up to 101 degrees) or chills.
• The
painful lymph nodes.
•
confusion and irritability.
•
Headaches that feel different from what you had in the past.
•
difficulty thinking, difficulty concentrating and remembering.
• neck
pain.
•
sleep disorders.
• The
temporary blind spots or sensitivity to light.
With
this information on fatigue, there is only one treatment, which include too
much calcium in your diet, and exercise yourself is beyond capacity. Therefore,
take care of your muscles because they are one of the most important needs of
the body.
